Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked via our online diary.

  • Prices are shown there.

  • If you cannot find a suitable appointment time please call us on 01392 410260 as we may have emergency appointments available.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment and wait to be called at your appointment time.

  • If you need assistance please buzz the door bell.

  • We have disabled access to the building, if you are in a wheelchair or unable to use the stairs please contact us on 01392 401260 or hello@health-house.co.uk so we can ensure the downstairs treatment room is available for you.

Payment

Cash and card payments.
With SumUp card reader we accept all major debit and credit cards, incl. Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Apple Pay.

Deals and Discounts:

  • We offer a £5 student discount, including babies and children.

  • We offer local NHS staff a 10% discount

Insurance Claims:

  • If you or your employees are covered by Simply Health, WPA or another insurer you can claim up to 100% off the cost of your osteopathy treatments. Please contact us directly and check with your provider for further information in regards to corporate deals / insurance claims.

  • Vouchers can be purchased over the phone or in clinic for a value of your choice. We are happy to post your gift voucher to yourself or recipient.
    Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from purchase date.
